Eileen Mae Lee

Lee, Eileen Mae
21 Jul 1917 - 6 Aug 2010

Born to Leslie Ray and Inga (Olson) Outhouse at Soldier, IA. She lived on a farm and attended 8 years of rural school, graduating in 1935 from Soldier, IA High School. She took teacher training from Iowa State Teachers Extension and taught 7 years in rural schools. She married Lyle W. Lee in 1940 and lived in Mapleton, IA, before moving to Omaha in 1960 where she worked at Western Electric for 20 years. Preceded in death by husband Lyle Lee; parents, Leslie and Inga Outhouse; brothers, Ira Outhouse, Earl Howard, Darrell Owens and Donald O-wens; great grandson Jason Lee Va-cha. Survived by daughter LaQuetta Miller, Omaha; son Robert L. Lee, Alexandria, MN; 7 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation: The family will receive friends Sunday 3-5 P.M. at West Center Chapel.

Services: Monday 11 A.M. at Rockbrook United Methodist Church, 9855 West Center Rd.

Interment: Evergreen Memorial Park.

Memorials: To Rockbrook United Methodist Church.


Eileen worked in 30-Bldg., and retired, 4 Feb 1982.
